Mazda Releases Special Edition Retro Cars for Anniversary
Popular Japanese car company Mazda is celebrating their 100th year anniversary by announcing special edition releases of its vehicle lineup with a retro spin.
The car models have a white and burgundy, two-tone color scheme. These 9 vehicles resemble the color palette of their first passenger car, the R360 Coupe. The original vehicle was created in 1960. It is a mini coupe with a retro-futuristic design.
The roof and the interior are burgundy colored along with a few accents on the exterior of the car. The body of the vehicle comes in a snowflake white pearl mica color. The shape of the body, the tires, along with a few other features, differs from the original R360 design.
Each vehicle comes with an exclusive 100th anniversary logo. The nine models included in the release are the mazda2, mazda3, mazda6, CX-3, CX-30, CX-5, CX-8, roadster (MX-5) and roadster RF.
The models are available in Japan but are soon to be released worldwide. They will only be available until March 2021.
