The above pictured Apertivo Tower is designed as a centerpiece for transporting, displaying, and eating finger-foods. Each plate can be removed from the central tower for individual use and snapped back on when finished. Below is the Fold metal shelf. It exists as a single sheet of steel that is hand folded into a nature-inspired, organic form without joints or welds.
