edra boa

AS ROOMMATES boa constrictors can be a bit suffocating, but Edra’s similarly named Boa promises to be just as intimate, minus the squeezing-you-to-death aspect. Made from tubular nylon and filled with polyurethane chips, this expertly knotted mass makes for an interesting place to nap–just don’t get lost, as it measures nearly 90 meters fully extended.
Approx. $20,000, edra.com

Kinky, especially that picture at the bottom.

If Millie the cat can have one,why not me and my two legged poodle dog “tweenkels” this is just what the doctor ordered, I dont think it should be taken on a camping trip like in photo #1?? this magic carpet is all i need “fazool”

Anon – yeah, that last picture is definitely quite suggestive, but it does illustrate the nature of the piece quite well.
Fazool – Yeah, the “camping trip” picture is probably not a suitable daily environment for this piece; I’d probably call hazardous waste disposal if I saw something like that bubbling in my backyard. =)

I only have 1 question… make that 2… Where can I get it, and how much does it cost?
Comment by Shipley — March 30, 2007 @ 9:23 am
The cost, as quoted to me, was 20k.
I mean, I was expecting it to be out of my price range as in ‘half of my monthly salary’, not ‘all of my yearly salary’

Hi Seth, thanks for the heads up. I’m amending the post to include your quoted price. Yowza!

I work at Limn in San Francisco (a forty thousand square foot showroom on 4th St./ Townsend) known as one of the most high-end furniture retailers in the world. From the 600 + brands that we carry, all comparable in price, this is my FAVORITE piece. A single coil braided in blue velvet? Sign me up.
