McDonald’s Launches Quarter Pounder Burger Scented Candles

Yes, that’s right, fast-food scented candles. It may not sound like the most appealing scent to burn in your home, but there are some who truly love the aroma of freshly cooking McDonalds burger patties on the grill.

The collection of 6 candles launched by McDonalds celebrates the 50th anniversary of the McDonalds Quarter Pounder on their menu.

Each candle in the collection smells like an ingredient that makes up the Quarter Pounder recipe. Their color also matches the scent as well. This includes, 100% fresh beef, ketchup, pickle, cheese, onion and a sesame seed bun.

If you burn all of the candles at the same time, they fill the air with the same “maximum deliciousness” scent you’d smell walking into a McDonalds, according to the listing on the fan clubs website.

The McDonald’s Quarter Pounder candles collection is not the only item to celebrate the Quarter Pounder 50th anniversary. Other merchandise includes a love locket, calendar, t-shirt, notebook and mittens.

McDonald’s will be taking the celebration to the next level today by announcing the lucky city where a quarter pounder bronze monument will be erected.
